NZ PM John Key was "forced to go cap in hand to the residence of the Australian ambassador to the UN for a wash this morning after water to his hotel was cut off. Autralian Prime Minister Kevin Rudd got more than he bargained for when he woke to find a queue of unwashed kiwis waiting to use his bathroom." Also in the news, the long running programs in NZ, Days of Our Lives and the Young and The Restless will no longer be screened by TNV from the end of the month. They've been televised here for nearly 30 years... (My old soap, All My Children has not been televised here. Despite years of watching, I don't really miss it...) But I wish they would bring the Bachelorette and Biggest Loser back to NZ TV!
